DTN COMMENTS:  A few bids are now on the table in parts of 
Nebraska at midday. Some asking prices are noted around $192 to 
$194 in the South, but still not established in the North. 
Significant trade volume will possibly be delayed until Thursday 
or later. 

Beef cutouts are lower at midday (choice 308.76 -2.07, select 
274.96 -0.37) with light to moderate box movement (67.19 lds of 
choice cuts, 15.36 lds of select cuts, 7.19 lds of trim, and 7.64 
lds of ground). At this time, live cattle futures are moderately 
to sharply lower, while feeder issues are sharply lower.
